Vardey Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a secure, growing and well-established business based in Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit an experienced Senior Accounts Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance assistant / finance professional with accounts experience to join a dynamic and supportive finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Support
- Support the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 50 employees
- Prepare, review and maintain payroll reports and reconciliations
- Reconcile payroll data to general ledger and control accounts
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, variances, and queries
- Assist with PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payroll submissions
- Support payroll compliance and ensure accurate record keeping
- Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries across the business
