An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Qualified Accountant to perform a dual role as a Senior Associate / Corporate Finance Analyst.
The varied role involves nurturing both well established and budding companies from their first year-end to eventual founder exit. They provide traditional but proactive year end accountancy and taxation services, complemented by high-quality management information production, as well as independent Finance Director consultancy and Lead Advisory Corporate Finance advice.
Their focus is on developing ambitious businesses to scale and then offering valuations, founder exit planning, and eventual business sale execution. Clients are generally premium brands.
