Hours – Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Friday 8:30am-3:00pm

We’re looking for a confident, organised and proactive Customer Sales & Booking Advisor to join our growing office team at Vapor Clean Ltd.

This is not just answering phones.

You’ll be managing technician diaries, converting enquiries into bookings, following up quotes, taking payments and helping drive monthly revenue targets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering incoming calls & website enquiries
  • Booking jobs and managing technician diaries
  • Taking card payments
  • Following up quotes and outbound calls
  • Sending confirmations and contracts
  • General admin support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Customer service experience
  • Confident on the phone
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced office
  • Positive attitude with good attention to detail
  • Sales experience is a bonus
