Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivatedMobile Cleaning Operativeto join our team. This role is primarily focused on carrying out cleaning duties across multiple client sites and providing holiday and sickness cover where needed.

A company van will be provided for travel between sites.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday only
• No weekend work
• Mostly evening shifts
• Typical working hours are approximately3:00pm to 9:00pm
• Some morning shifts may be required to provide holiday and sickness cover
• Flexibility is essential

Key Responsibilities

As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, your duties will include:

• Mopping, sweeping and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
• Cleaning communal areas, offices and commercial premises
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Cleaning washrooms and toilet facilities
• Maintaining high cleaning standards across all sites
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Travelling between sites as required
• Providing cover for employee holidays and sickness absence

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
• Flexible and willing to travel between sites
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
