Cleaning Technician – Company Van + £14/hr + Bonuses
Location: Mobile role covering Somerset, Bristol & Gloucestershire
Pay: £14.00 per hour + Overtime + Bonuses
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Join the Vapor Clean Team! We’re a growing, family‑run deep cleaning company looking for a reliable Cleaning Technician to join our mobile team. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy physical work, this is your chance to be part of a company that rewards and supports its staff.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll travel between domestic and commercial locations in a fully equipped company van to carry out:
- End of tenancy deep cleans
- Oven cleaning (commercial and domestic)
- Carpet & upholstery cleaning
- Kitchen and extractor system deep cleaning
- Post‑builder and property refresh cleans
All training is provided. You’ll work independently or in pairs, depending on the job.
What You’ll Get:
- £14.00 per hour, reviewed annually
- Paid travel time – 1 hour per day
- Monthly bonuses + vouchers + awards
- Company van & mobile phone (for business use – take home daily)
- Double pay for one Sunday per month
- Half‑day Fridays (finish at 12:30pm!)
- 28 days holiday, including Bank Holidays
- Extra holiday for each year you stay
- Team events, staff discounts & pension scheme
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
- One Sunday per month (double pay)
- Occasional early starts or late shifts with overtime pay
What You’ll Need:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- 25+ years old (for insurance purposes)
- Cleaning experience (1 year preferred)
- Positive attitude and great attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel across the region
