About the Role
We're looking for a talented Senior Creative Designer to join our global brand team. Working closely with the Global Head of Creative, you'll help bring the Vapiano brand to life across campaigns, restaurant marketing, digital channels, franchise communications and internal brand documents. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality creative work while helping to coordinate projects, manage stakeholders and support the rollout of campaign toolkits across multiple international markets. This is an opportunity for a designer who enjoys both creative thinking and creative delivery, and who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from brief through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging creative assets across print, digital and social channels
- Develop campaign toolkits and marketing materials for international markets
- Create restaurant collateral, menus, POS, signage and promotional materials
- Design presentations, franchise communications and internal brand materials
- Support the art direction and planning of creative productions
- Coordinate projects, timelines and approvals across multiple stakeholders
- Work closely with franchise partners, suppliers and external creative agencies
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Support the ongoing evolution of the Vapiano brand through fresh ideas and strong creative thinking

- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience working with international or franchise-led brands
- Video editing, motion graphics or animation skills
- Photography or art direction experience
Compensation
£45k salary, 2x offsite retreats a year with the global team. Please note: This is a freelance contract role to begin with. Applicants should be based in Greater Manchester or willing to travel at their own expense at least one day per week. No agencies please.
