The Company:
Vapiano is a laid-back Italian restaurant, making the ultimate handmade fresh pasta, pizza and insalata in over 130 locations around the world and 5 here in the UK. Our restaurants are like nowhere else; spacious, full of natural light with plenty of seats – think sharing tables and lounge seating. You can sit where you like and stay as long as you want. The laid-back vibes and great music make us one of the places to go and eat. Our service is relaxed, inviting and casual, just like our locations, with orders usually taken by via QR codes at the table, and table service from the team following on from there. We are a growing hospitality company with multiple locations planned to open each year ahead.
The Role:
Looking for the most vibey and service-minded people to join our waiting front-of-house team. Are you outgoing, positive, energetic, brilliantly hardworking and take real delight in service? If that sounds like you then we should talk
This role will centre around providing natural, fun, friendly and yet quality service to all guests while ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-stocked at all times.

What\’s the job like?
Our front-of-house team are friendly, and social, and can spot a customer with a question a mile away We have open kitchens so that our chefs and front of house all work as one. As you\’d expect evenings and weekends are our busiest times so you\’ll likely need to be available to work at those times too
You will also have the opportunity to train in different departments so there are lots of opportunities to learn something new and keep your job varied and exciting. There will be lots of natural opportunities to progress too; Some of our General Managers started their careers with us as Kitchen Porters
