We are a rapidly growing online vaping retailer that ships across the UK and all over the world. We are passionate about excellent service and improving people's smoke free journey, keeping things simple and offering a one stop destination for all types of vapers. We are a small but growing team with a mission. We are looking for an Operations Executive to assist with daily operational challenges and support our wider operations team.

Working directly with the Operations Manager, you will spend your first 6 months rotating across the business to learn each department thoroughly. You will be responsible with the Operations Manager for ensuring daily deadlines are met and all things operations go off without a hitch. You will shadow and work in our Customer Services & Warehouse teams to get your bearings, whilst also acting as operational support to the operations manager for ad-hoc duties including facilities, compliance and general administrative duties.

The main responsibilities and duties include:

  • Working on Operational project delivery closely with the Operations Manager
  • Working with third parties on operational improvements including web developers, software companies, facilities support
  • Assisting our Operations Manager with H&S compliance
  • Assisting our Customer Service team with live chat and email enquiries
  • Assisting our warehouse team with picking and packing e-commerce orders
  • Stock management / counting and booking in stock
  • General administrative support to the operations manager

The ideal candidate:

We are looking for someone who will thrive as part of a team but also has an ability to just get things done. Our growing operation is a very fast paced environment so you will be someone who is results driven and able to work under pressure, often switching between tasks depending on operational demand. You will be ambitious for learning, development & progression within a growing company. This role is poised for natural progression into a senior operations role. We need somebody who is highly organised with great attention to detail. We hire personalities, not a CV! For that reason, you don’t need to have worked in an Operations role, you just need to have a can-do attitude and be able to get stuck in. Maybe you want to switch industries or careers, or you’re bored at your current job and want to be part of a fresh challenge.

  • Reasonable physical fitness to assist warehouse

IMPORTANT: Due to the e-commerce nature of our business, we operate 7 days per week and the successful candidate will be expected to work shifts on rotation including late shifts (11-8pm) & weekend shifts (08:00 - 16:30).
