Angling Direct, the UK's leading fishing tackle retailer, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team!
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Service team based at our Head Office in Rackheath, Norwich, this is a permanent full-time hybrid role working 42.5 hours per week with a starting rate of £13.21 per hour.
To support our growing European customer base, applicants must be fluent in German and/or Dutch, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Do
- Handling enquiries and call-backs via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing accurate information on products, services, and current promotions
- Processing refunds, exchanges, and web-based returns
- Monitoring and flagging potential fraudulent activity
- Resolving disputes efficiently and professionally
- Supporting the processing of customer returns and warranty items, including occasional handling of returned stock.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Supporting admin and order fulfilment processes
- Contributing to a positive, friendly, and proactive team culture
