  • Own campaign performance reporting – driving ROI, engagement and conversion improvements
  • Align campaigns with category strategy, product launches and promotional calendars
  • Work cross-functionally with Buying, Retail Operations and Digital teams to deliver best-in-class execution

This role is pivotal to delivering our ambition to grow commercial marketing income and retail media capability, while strengthening strategic supplier partnerships.

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to sell marketing opportunities to brands
  • Proven track record of working with suppliers or external partners to generate revenue
  • Strong analytical capability – able to turn customer insight into actionable campaigns
  • Experience operating across omnichannel retail environments (store + e-commerce)
  • Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence internally and externally
  • Hands-on, delivery-focused with strong attention to detail

Why This Role Stands Out
