As AD Win continues to grow within Angling Direct, we’re looking to recruit a Competitions Operations Co-Ordinator to support the warehouse and operational side of the platform. This is a hands-on role within a fast-growing business unit that sits inside an established PLC, meaning no two days are the same and flexibility is key. The position will be based full-time at our Rackheath Distribution Centre and will play an important part in supporting the continued growth and scalability of AD Win operations.

About the Role

AD Win is still in its growth phase, so this role is intentionally broad. You’ll work closely with the Competitions Manager, Competitions Co-Ordinator, and warehouse teams to help manage fulfilment operations, stock movement, and prize dispatch processes, while actively contributing to how the platform develops operationally. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and wants to be involved in building something from the ground up, with the stability of a well-established business behind it. An interest in fishing or angling is a strong advantage due to the nature of the platform and our community.
