Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll lead Unsworth's marketing function, developing and delivering campaigns that support commercial growth, strengthen our brand and generate new business opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
This varied Marketing Manager role will include
- Developing and implementing marketing plans that support business growth and corporate objectives.
- Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, SEO, social media, PR and traditional channels.
- Partnering with Sales to deliver targeted marketing campaigns using Hub Spot and Cognism.
- Managing the Marketing Project Planner and Content Calendar to coordinate marketing activity and ensure timely campaign delivery.
- Creating and managing marketing collateral, including brochures, sales presentations, case studies, digital content, event materials and branded merchandise.
- Supporting exhibitions, networking events and industry conferences.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Measuring campaign performance against KPIs and ROI, and recommending improvements.
- Managing relationships with external PR agencies, designers and marketing suppliers.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of spend.
- What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Previous experience in B2B Marketing role is essential.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media and content marketing.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Hub Spot, and lead generation tools such as Cognism.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring and presenting campaign performance.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering measurable results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
