It's about influencing strategy, shaping healthcare delivery, and helping extend lives and expand possibilities for patients across the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with senior NHS stakeholders, commissioners, and clinical leaders.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver strategic opportunities that expand home dialysis pathways.
  • Lead high-value discussions around service redesign, patient pathways, and healthcare transformation.
  • Develop compelling business cases and value propositions based on clinical and health economic evidence.
  • Translate national NHS priorities and policy into local implementation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, remove barriers, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that deliver long-term growth and impact.
  • What You'll Bring
  • A proven track record of success within complex NHS or healthcare environments.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, commissioners, ICBs, networks, or C-suite leaders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert strategic opportunities.
  • Experience developing persuasive business cases and value-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of market access, health economics, healthcare consultancy, Med Tech, Pharma, or healthcare transformation.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to navigate complexity, think strategically, and execute with pace.

Why Join Vantive?

  • At Vantive, you'll be part of a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to improving the lives of patients and transforming healthcare.
  • Influence healthcare transformation at a national level
  • Partner with some of the NHS's most senior decision-makers
