We’re hiring a Network Planner (TPP). Are you passionate about supply chain optimisation and ready to play a key role in a global planning network? This role might be for you! As our Network Planner, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end planning and supply execution for our global Third‑Party Planning (TPP) network. Your mission: ensure consistent product availability, efficient inventory levels, and seamless collaboration with our external manufacturing partners. You’ll own procurement planning, purchasing, and inventory management for a portfolio of third‑party products, supporting markets across the globe. This position is central to our SIOP process and works closely with Regional Planning, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supply Planning & Execution: Build and execute medium‑ to long‑term supply plans
  • Supply Planning & Execution: Manage purchasing, inventory, POs, and invoices
  • Supply Planning & Execution: Monitor supplier capacity to ensure OTIF performance
  • Supply Planning & Execution: Support new product launches and lifecycle changes
  • Cross‑Functional & Supplier Collaboration: Act as the main planning contact for external suppliers
  • Cross‑Functional & Supplier Collaboration: Partner with global teams to solve issues and mitigate risks
  • Cross‑Functional & Supplier Collaboration: Contribute to SIOP and supplier performance reviews
  • Inventory & Performance Management: Own global inventory targets
  • Inventory & Performance Management: Analyse and track key supply chain KPIs
  • Inventory & Performance Management: Identify opportunities to reduce excess or obsolete stock
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Ensure accuracy of planning data across systems
  • Systems & Process Optimization: Support standardisation and automation of TPP processes

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain, production planning, or inventory management, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and deliver performance targets.
