What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and provide expert guidance on CRRT.
- Deliver engaging training sessions—onsite or virtually—to ensure safe and effective therapy use.
- Promote evidence‑based best practices and the preferred patient pathway.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of training programs and usage guides.
- Maintain accurate customer records and stay up to date with therapy and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with account managers to bring innovative solutions to customers.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure compliance with internal processes.
