Vantive requires a Shift Maintenance Technician at our site in Liverpool. The technician will report into the Maintenance Lead, as well as taking the day-to-day direction and workload from Shift Supervisor. The role is responsible for completing routine and emergency repairs to equipment, fixtures, fittings and building systems. Their duties include responding to reports of broken or faulty items, conducting routine inspections of buildings and liaising with external specialists and contractors across two Liverpool locations.
Responsibilities
- Complete all necessary documentation ensuring that it is kept accurate and is audit ready
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvements to promote Health & Safety and/or operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Troubleshoot common issues with equipment and assist operators with getting back to a productive mode
- Responsible for all maintenance and all upkeep of gas fired boilers across two sites, this will include chemical maintenance and all readings
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all water softeners across two sites
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of RO water across two sites
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of water rigs across two sites
- All filter changes
- All membrane changes
- Utilities readings on a shift basis
- Daily packroom checks
- EOC testing, inspection and maintenance
- Daily management of MAXIMO
- Understanding of the production process, and assisting to hit the highest production targets
