Job Description
Production Operative Positions - Liverpool
We are seeking Production Operatives on multiple shifts, day and night, for our Production Team. The ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail and a keen interest in starting a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Full training will be provided for the role.
Our Safety
- Management of safe systems of work in line with statutory regulations
- Support the driving of a Zero Lost Time culture within Operations (Raising safety tags)
- Participate in Gemba Safety tours
- Maintain safe working practices following risk assessments
- Ensure PPE is worn at all times
Our Quality
- Report any potential NCR/SNCR issues with the mindset of Stop, Call, Wait
- Maintain high standards of Good Hygiene Practice
- Ensure Good Documentation Practice on all batch documentation
- Follow SOPs to maintain Good Manufacturing Practices
Our Cost/Delivery
- Operate full spray drier processes within both plants, including utility equipment, feed prep system, ultrafiltration system, heat carbon treatment system, spray drier, and associated systems
- Pack and store products, perform end-of-campaign cleaning
- Troubleshoot and fault-find on plant processes and equipment
- Maintain and improve 6S standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Update and report daily performance to the team leader
- Escalate unresolved issues to the team leader
