Are you passionate about improving patient care and supporting healthcare professionals in critical environments? Join Vantive as a Clinical Specialist and play a key role in championing training and education for Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) within our Acute Therapies division. Covering London, you’ll work closely with ICU and Renal teams to drive clinical practice efficiencies and ensure the optimal use of Vantive products—helping us deliver better outcomes for patients when it matters most. This is a field-based role with frequent travel, offering the chance to make a real impact every day.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and provide expert guidance on CRRT
- Deliver engaging training sessions—onsite or virtually—to ensure safe and effective therapy use
- Promote evidence-based best practices and the preferred patient pathway
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of training programs and usage guides
- Maintain accurate customer records and stay up to date with therapy and product knowledge
- Collaborate with account managers to bring innovative solutions to customers
- Handle customer feedback and ensure compliance with internal processes
What you’ll bring:
- A recognized nursing qualification with proven ICU experience (CRRT delivery experience essential)
- Postgraduate renal nursing or ITU certificate (preferred)
