About The Team

The Digital Sales Assistant is responsible for driving conversion of online/self‑service merchant applications into fully onboarded and actively transacting customers. The role focuses on proactive engagement with merchants throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience and maximising activation rates.

What You’ll Own As The Digital Sales Assistant:

  • Merchant conversion and activations
  • Play a hands‑on role in helping merchants succeed digitally
  • Identify and resolve points of friction that prevent merchants from progressing digitally
