About The Team

The Digital Sales Assistant is responsible for driving conversion of online/self‑service merchant applications into fully onboarded and actively transacting customers. The role focuses on proactive engagement with merchants throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless experience and maximising activation rates.
