About VantagePoint
VantagePoint is a specialist finance transformation and technology consultancy that’s grown from 5 to 130 people in under six years – with offices in London, New York, Singapore, and Sydney. We work with high-growth, PE-backed, and multinational businesses to re-imagine their finance operations through modern ERP, EPM, and Treasury solutions. Our mission is simple: to make Finance faster, smarter, and more connected.
As we continue to scale our ERP Practice, we’re looking for Senior Consultants who can bring real-world implementation experience, client confidence, and a drive to deliver transformative outcomes.
The Role
As a Senior ERP Consultant, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end ERP delivery workstreams – from discovery and design through to build, testing, and go-live. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders, helping them simplify processes, modernise systems, and realise tangible business value. This role is ideal for those with hands-on ERP implementation experience (2+ years) who want to grow their influence — leading client engagements, mentoring junior consultants, and shaping how ERP projects are delivered at VantagePoint. You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple ERP products, with a strong emphasis on Sage Intacct. Experience with modules such as Contracts, Projects, or Multi-Entity Consolidation is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or co-lead ERP implementation workstreams, ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery.
- Translate finance and operational requirements into elegant, scalable solution designs.
- Configure and test ERP systems, particularly Sage Intacct (Contracts, Projects, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.).
- Advise clients on process design, system optimisation, and best practices for finance transformation.
- Manage client relationships and act as a day-to-day point of contact for CFOs, FDs, and Finance Systems Managers.
- Support or oversee data migration, integrations, and UAT phases.
- Coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the ERP Practice.
- Collaborate closely with VantagePoint’s Advisory, FP&A, and Treasury practices to deliver joined-up transformation programmes.
About You
We’re looking for proactive, curious, and motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering meaningful change in finance through technology.
Essential
- 2+ years’ experience delivering ERP implementations end-to-end.
- Experience configuring one or more core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Projects, or Contracts).
- Strong understanding of finance processes and controls.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving consultancy environment and taking accountability for outcomes.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Sage Intacct certification or experience.
- Experience with Contract/Subscription Billing, Revenue Recognition, or Multi-Entity Consolidation.
- Exposure to integration tools or data migration (e.g. API, CSV, SQL).
- Prior consulting experience with clients in growth-phase or PE-backed businesses.
Our Values
- We listen, we hear, we plan, we act.
- We take pride in even the small things.
- We give everyone a platform for growth.
- We take ownership of our wins and losses.
- We empower people to strive for more, challenge, and take risks.
- We build strong partnerships.
- We think holistically to deliver tangible value.
- We have fun at work because it makes us better at what we do.
What’s in It for You
- Employer pension contribution up to 10%.
- Performance bonus, increasing with length of service.
- Wellbeing allowance or gym membership.
- Private healthcare and life insurance.
- Travel-to-work expenses.
- Quarterly meet-ups and annual company trip.
- Employee referral bonus.
- ChatGPT/AI subscription expense covered.
