Working Pattern: Flexible working structure aligned to business and global hiring needs. Example weekly pattern: 1 early shift supporting APAC hiring activity, 1 later shift supporting US hiring activity, 3 core business-hours shifts.

The opportunity: We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Internal Talent Partner to support hiring across our global business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a strong candidate experience, and keeping recruitment processes moving at pace in a growing consultancy environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers across consulting, delivery, commercial and operations teams – helping us attract high-quality talent across multiple regions and disciplines. Given our global footprint, the role is structured across flexible working hours to provide some overlap with both APAC and US teams.
