Internal Talent Partner (part-time)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Part-time – 20 hours per week
Flexible working structure aligned to business and global hiring needs:
- 1 early shift supporting APAC hiring activity
- ~1 later shift supporting US hiring activity
- ~3 core business-hours shifts

We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Internal Talent Partner to support hiring across our global business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a strong candidate experience, and keeping recruitment processes moving at pace in a growing consultancy environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers across consulting, delivery, commercial and operations teams – helping us attract high-quality talent across multiple regions and disciplines. Given our global footprint, the role is structured across flexible working hours to provide some overlap with both APAC and US teams.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities and timelines
- Ensure a high-quality and professional candidate experience throughout
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines and hiring updates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Work with external recruitment partners where required
- Keep recruitment systems, candidate records and hiring data up to date
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination
- Track recruitment activity, hiring progress and hiring risks
Employer Brand & Growth
- Support recruitment-related content and employer branding activity
- Help position VantagePoint consistently across LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes, candidate attraction and recruitment operations
- Help ensure hiring reflects VantagePoint’s culture and values
Experience
- Experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
- Experience recruiting within consulting, finance, transformation or technology environments is beneficial
