The opportunity: We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Internal Talent Partner to support hiring across our global business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a strong candidate experience, and keeping recruitment processes moving at pace in a growing consultancy environment. You’ll work closely with leadership and hiring managers across consulting, delivery, commercial and operations teams – helping us attract high-quality talent across multiple regions and disciplines. Given our global footprint, the role is structured across flexible working hours to provide some overlap with both APAC and US teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of business functions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities and timelines
- Write and refine job descriptions and LinkedIn job adverts
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Ensure a high-quality and professional candidate experience throughout
- Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones
- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines and hiring updates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Work with external recruitment partners where required
Hiring Operations:
- Keep recruitment systems, candidate records and hiring data up to date
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination
- Ensure smooth handovers into Operations and line managers for onboarding
- Track recruitment activity, hiring progress and hiring risks
- Support continuous improvement across hiring processes and candidate engagement
Employer Brand & Growth:
- Support recruitment-related content and employer branding activity
- Help position VantagePoint consistently across LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes, candidate attraction and recruitment operations
- Help ensure hiring reflects VantagePoint’s culture and values

- Experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
- Able to work independently and keep momentum across hiring processes
- Commercially aware with good judgement and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growing business environment
- Experience recruiting within consulting, finance, transformation or technology environments is beneficial
