Job Overview:
What will you be doing?
As an Application Support Consultant, you will be an integral part of our fast growing Managed Services team. You’ll be responsible for providing high quality technical support to our client base for an CPM/EPM solutions.
Here is an idea of your day-to-day:
- Accurately assess and prioritise support tickets in accordance with their severity
- systematically interpret user problems, identify solutions and possible side-effects
- Lean upon experience within the solution to address user problems and utilise the database for potential resolutions
- Provide first line investigation and diagnosis skills, promptly allocating complex or unresolved issues as appropriate
- Record and track incidents from outset to conclusion
- Act systematically to respond to day-by-day operational needs, avoiding service disruptions and maintaining coherence to agreed SLAs and information security requirements
- Instruct and upskill end-users as to the issue-resolution process
- Assist with the development of standards, and application of these, to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues.

- Relevant degree or work experience within finance
- You have strong Microsoft Excel abilities
- Familiar with coding languages such as SQL and/or Python
- Can diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues within the application landscape
- Have a familiarity with help desk software
