Location: London – mandatory 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work hybrid/remote for the remainder of the week.

Job Overview: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a pivotal role in VantagePoint’s growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients and qualifying opportunities for our sales team. Reporting to the BDR Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a robust sales pipeline, using cutting-edge tools and methodologies to connect with decision-makers and share the value of VantagePoint’s finance transformation solutions.   • Proactively identify and research prospective clients in target industries using advanced sales tools and techniques.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage with decision-makers and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Qualify leads based on client needs and handover qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach volume, meeting bookings, and lead conversions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and VantagePoint’s product offerings to communicate value effectively.

  • Technical: Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within SaaS or consulting. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms like Lusha or autodialers. Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft impactful outreach messages and hold engaging conversations with stakeholders.
