We are looking for a creative and adaptable individual with an Interior Design / Landscape Design background. The candidate will be responsible for designing planting schemes that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of spaces within the office and hospitality design sectors. Strong communication skills are essential, as the candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and produce/adjust designs based on feedback. A solid understanding of the office and hospitality design sectors is desired, as the role involves creating designs for functional, inspiring spaces tailored to these industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually compelling designs and layouts for a variety of projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to fully understand their objectives, preferences, and vision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Produce 3D, 2D mock-ups, and renderings.
  • Provide accurate quotes for clients and ensure seamless workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations to ensure designs are relevant and cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Interior Design / Landscape Design).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong creative and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas.
  • Proven track record of executing design projects effectively from concept to completion.
