What You’ll Be Doing
- Booking customer orders onto the ERP system (Business Central)
- Printing shipping labels and marking orders as dispatched
- Checking in deliveries and storing stock in the right locations
- Picking and packing small parts for dispatch
- Coordinating with couriers and transport providers
- Processing customer returns and updating records accordingly
- Assisting with regular stock counts and inventory checks
- Keeping the stores area tidy, organised and health & safety compliant
- Supporting general admin tasks across the department

What You’ll Need to Succeed
