If you\’re a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer looking for more responsibility, more reward and more opportunity to make a difference – this is it. What you\’ll be doing: Working as a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer across a 4 on 4 off Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 – 18:30 and 18.30 – 06.30 (blocks of 4) Providing expert-level Electrical, Mechanical and Control Systems support across all production lines Conducting preventative maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime Supporting RCA processes and reliability improvement actions Coaching Manufacturing Technicians to build operational fault-finding skills Supporting site CI and capital projects from an engineering perspective Managing contractor activity and issuing Permits to Work Working closely with PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley), SCADA, and industrial control systems Salary & Benefits: Annual Salary: £55k (inclusive of shift allowance) Quarterly Bonus: Earn extra based on your performance Pension Scheme: Employer contributes 10% when you contribute 5% 23 Days Holiday plus your birthday off, with option to buy/sell 3 days Provided PPE: Uniform & safety shoes supplied and maintained on site Staff Discounts: Exclusive access to a site-based staff shop Virtual GP Access: Extended to cover partners and immediate family Digital Physiotherapy: Tailored programmes without referral Cycle to Work Scheme and Electric Car Scheme via salary sacrifice Subsidised Canteen: Hot and cold food at a reduced rate Long Service Rewards and Extended Parental Leave Free On-site Parking This is a permanent opportunity based at a high-output UK manufacturing facility producing some of the nation\’s most recognisable snack products.
