Call Handler / Customer Service Advisor, Bolton BL6 6 month contract Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week between 8am - 5.30pm £14.40 per hour Are you an organised customer service advisor who enjoys working in a busy, team-focused environment You will be taking calls from customers/engineers and creating jobs/units on the system.
We have had a huge influx in calls recently into the Central Admin team who are the overflow for the depots as the depots are so stacked.
Salary will be £30k per annum and hours are 40 hours per week.
Start and finish times to be confirmed.
- Processing completed service and repair jobs accurately and promptly.
- Updating customer portals and internal systems.
- Answering calls from depots and customers when service controllers are unavailable.
- Providing customers with updates available on the system or taking accurate messages.
- Assisting with breakdown calls and customer queries when required. What we're looking for as the call handler / customer service Advisor
- Previous experience in an administration, service support or customer service role.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence answering telephone calls and dealing with customer queries.
- A good eye for detail and accurate data-entry skills.
- Basic Excel skills, including creating, updating and filtering spreadsheets.
- Comfortable learning new systems and working across different customer portals.
- A calm, helpful approach when the team is busy.
