We're looking for a creative Content & Communications Executive to join the marketing team of an ambitious, growing business in Castle Donington. You'll work across a varied portfolio of brands, creating content that builds awareness, engages customers and supports commercial growth.
As Content & Communications Executive, you'll be hands-on with words, photography, video and social media. You'll need plenty of ideas, a good eye for detail and the confidence to work both behind and in front of the camera.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating written, photographic and video content
- Planning and managing social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Writing blogs, articles, case studies and customer stories
- Producing short-form video and appearing on camera when needed
- Coordinating photography and video shoots
- Spotting trends, stories and collaboration opportunities
- Monitoring content performance and using the results to improve future activity
- Keeping content consistent with each brand's tone of voice
As the Content and Communications Executive you will have:
- Around two years' experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- Strong copywriting, photography and video-editing skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts and content calendars
- A genuine interest in social media and emerging trends
- Confidence both behind and in front of the camera
- Creativity, initiative and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or paid social campaigns would be useful but isn't essential. This role would suit a natural storyteller who wants the freedom to experiment, create and make a visible impact within a collaborative marketing team.
