About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a CLM/KYC programme at a global investment bank that is already fully underway. This is a critical replacement role, requiring someone who can step in quickly, build trust with senior stakeholders, and drive delivery through to completion. The programme is a strategic initiative for the business, with a targeted delivery date of end of May. As such, this role offers significant exposure and responsibility within a fast-paced environment.
Contract length: Approximately 4-6 months

What will I be working on?
- End-to-end delivery of a CLM/KYC project, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a complex CLM/KYC programme from its current phase through to delivery.
- Owning project governance, planning, RAID management, and reporting.
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication across business and technology teams.
- Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams, including compliance, operations, and technology.
- Ensuring regulatory and risk requirements are met throughout the lifecycle.
- Supporting implementation and adoption of CLM/KYC platforms, with Fenergo experience highly desirable.

Essential Criteria
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:
- Previous involvement in CLM/KYC programmes, ideally within financial services.
- Experience working with or delivering Fenergo implementations (preferred).
- Strong governance, planning, and delivery skills across multi-stream projects.
- Confidence operating in high-pressure, time-sensitive programmes.
Qualifications / Experience
Extensive experience as a Project Manager on regulatory or transformation initiatives. Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is desirable but not essential.
