  • Escalating complex, high-risk, or exception-based matters when required.
  • Identifying risks, errors, or compliance concerns and raising them through appropriate channels.
  • Supporting the delivery of service level agreements and operational objectives.
  • Applying feedback and quality assurance outcomes to continuously improve performance.
  • Contributing to team discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting a culture of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

  • Reviewing your caseload and identifying cases requiring immediate attention.
  • Assessing independence declarations against established policies and guidance.
  • Responding to stakeholder queries and requests via email or other communication channels.
  • Updating workflow systems and ensuring records remain accurate and complete.
  • Escalating complex issues requiring additional guidance or approval.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve queries and share knowledge.
  • Reviewing workload progress and planning priorities for the following day.

What We're Looking For

We're open to graduates, career changers, and individuals with some early professional experience. You do not need to have worked in compliance or independence before.

We're likely to be interested in people who can demonstrate:
