A Typical Day
- Attend a team huddle and confirm priorities.
- Pick up new cases and progress existing cases in Case Manager.
- Review documentation, identify gaps, and request what you need from stakeholders.
- Recognise urgency when you spot issues or concerns. Escalate when required.
- Update stakeholders on what you completed and what remains outstanding.
- Capture learning and suggest improvements to the team.
What We're Looking For
We’re open to recent graduates, early-career candidates or professionals looking for a new challenge. You should bring:
- Strong attention to detail and a process-led mindset.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage your own caseload.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate, including active participation in huddles.
- Confidence working to KPIs for quality and productivity.
