The Brokerage & Investigation team plays a key role in supporting Global Broking across Europe. The team manages the full lifecycle of brokerage rates — from documenting client agreements, to maintaining accurate data in internal systems, to helping resolve client queries about invoices.
This is a client-facing role, and you’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients. Full training is provided, and you’ll gain exposure across three core areas:
- Documentation of brokerage / fee schedules
- Maintenance and input of brokerage data into internal system
- Investigation and resolution of client invoice queries
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organised, analytical, and eager to develop knowledge of brokerage processes and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and accurately document all brokerage rates, ensuring proper approvals and governance.
- Input and update brokerage fees in internal systems, performing checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Respond to client and internal queries, providing fee schedules and resolving brokerage-related questions.
- Investigate client invoice and trade discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Produce reconciliations, reporting (MI/KPIs), and support audit checks to evidence strong controls.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and centralisation.
