What role will you be delivering?
- Business Analysts (BA): Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and deliver business solutions.
- PMO Analysts: Support project delivery by managing governance, reporting, and ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Project Managers: Lead projects, manage teams, and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Business Support Specialists: Provide administrative and operational support to enable smooth business operations.
What will you be learning?
As part of your journey as a Vantage Point Consultant, you’ll participate in an immersive training programme to gain technical and soft skills, preparing you to excel in your role. In the first few weeks, you’ll complete our award-winning Simulate training in a supportive, collaborative environment. After this, you’ll transition to client projects, gaining hands-on experience in real-world scenarios.
What work will you be doing?
- Gathering and analysing business requirements to inform project deliverables.
- Supporting project teams with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Coordinating and managing timelines, resources, and risks for key business initiatives.
- Ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and teams.
- Assisting with business planning, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Creating documentation, reports, and dashboards to track progress and performance.
