    • Managing a portfolio of consultations and assessments while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
    • Escalating complex cases where appropriate and working collaboratively to reach effective outcomes.
    • Contributing to projects, process improvements, and other Independence-related initiatives as required.
    • Maintaining accurate records and documenting decisions in line with established procedures and controls.

  • Researching Independence policies and regulations to support decision-making.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand the facts behind a client, service, or engagement-related query.
  • Providing guidance on whether proposed services or activities are permissible under Independence rules.
  • Updating systems and documenting consultation outcomes and recommendations.
  • Supporting audit tender activities and client transition requirements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on complex cases, process improvements, or project work.
  • Ending the day with a clear view of completed consultations and upcoming priorities.
