You bring teams together in workshops to map the current state and agree future state designs that use digital tools, automation and better workflow. You translate these designs into functional specifications that developers can use, and you partner with them through build, test and delivery. You assess impacts across people, systems and controls. You help teams adopt new processes in a practical and measured way. You use process mapping, structured analysis, clear documentation and strong communication to help the organisation operate with greater accuracy and speed.

You document process flows, develop precise requirements and contribute to workshops. You analyse data that helps show where problems or inefficiencies occur. You assist in preparing specifications for automation or Power Platform builds. Your work underpins decisions about what to improve, automate, and redesign. Strong documentation, communication and attention to detail help you succeed in this role.

RPA Solution Architect / Lead Developer You design the technical foundations for automation. You assess the feasibility of automating processes, define solution architecture and set development standards. You lead developers through build, test and deployment. You work closely with business analysts and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are secure, reliable and scalable. You handle complex technical decisions and mentor junior developers. You ensure automation integrates well with wider systems and delivers value. You bring technical expertise, problem-solving, and a clear understanding of enterprise environments.

RPA Developer / Junior RPA Developer You build and test automated processes. You work with business analysts to understand steps, rules and scenarios. You support the production of design documents, conduct unit testing, and support user testing. You maintain existing automations and troubleshoot issues. You learn platform standards and gain hands‑on experience within a structured delivery team. Logical thinking, attention to detail and a willingness to learn help you progress quickly.

Power Platform Developer / Consultant You design and develop business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. You convert user needs into simple and reliable apps with clear interfaces and smooth workflows. You integrate with data sources and services such as SharePoint, SQL and APIs. You test and optimise your solutions and provide support to users after deployment. You ensure applications are well‑structured, easy to use, and built on sound design principles. Strong Power Platform skills, problem‑solving, and an interest in user experience are important for this role.

You learn data modelling, UI patterns and integration basics under the guidance of senior developers. You document your work and support the rollout of applications. Logical thinking, curiosity and attention to detail help you grow in this role.

Business Change Manager / Adoption Lead You lead the people side of change. You build change strategies that support major process and technology improvements. You know who the key stakeholders are, how changes impact each group and what readiness looks like. You coordinate communications, plan training and help teams understand new ways of working. You track adoption and address resistance. You focus on making change practical, clear and sustainable. Strong stakeholder engagement, planning and communication skills sit at the heart of this role.

Change Analyst / Communications and Training Specialist You support change initiatives with clear communication and structured training. You prepare written materials, user guides, and e‑learning.
