About the Role
We are seeking SC‑cleared consultants to join a high‑profile public‑sector programme focused on cost optimisation, commercial improvement, and strategic sourcing.
The role is based in London, hybrid, with 3‑4 days onsite per week, and offers an immediate start.
Candidates must hold active, transferable SC Clearance and be available to start immediately or at short notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consulting workstreams with limited supervision.
- Support cost optimisation and value improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic sourcing and commercial improvement activities.
- Gather, analyse, and synthesise quantitative and qualitative information.
- Develop client‑ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Structure complex problems into clear and actionable work plans.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across delivery activities.
- Support programme governance, planning, and reporting.
- Work collaboratively within high‑performing consulting teams.
Essential Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience within consulting, advisory, transformation, or professional services environments.
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver against deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to unfamiliar business environments.
- Strong organisational and delivery‑management skills.
- Active, transferable SC Clearance.
- Availability to start immediately or at short notice.
- Ability to work onsite in London 3‑4 days per week.
