Your Role
We're hiring Regulatory Operations Analysts through our Elevate Programme in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with
2-4 years of experience in operations, regulatory reporting, financial services, compliance, risk, data analysis, or a similar business environment who are looking to develop their careers within a structured and highly regulated operational function.
In this role, you'll support the delivery of Business As Usual (BAU) regulatory reporting activities across multiple regulatory regimes, including Mi FID II, REMIT, EMIR, and SFTR.
You'll work across reporting, reconciliations, investigations, management information, and process improvement activities, helping ensure that regulatory reporting remains accurate, complete, and compliant.

- Experience within financial services, capital markets, banking, asset management, or regulatory operations.
- Exposure to regulatory reporting regimes such as Mi FID II, EMIR, REMIT, SFTR, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Experience conducting reconciliations, investigations, exception management, or control activities.
- Experience producing management information (MI), reporting, or data analysis.
- Experience working with reporting, workflow, case management, or data management systems.
- Knowledge of financial markets and the role of regulatory reporting within a regulated environment.
- Experience identifying process improvement or automation opportunities.
