We are partnering with a global insurance organisation undergoing a significant IT transformation and are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in insurance core systems, ideally IDIT or Guidewire. This role will be critical in driving delivery across complex workstreams within a high‑profile transformation programme.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivery across key programme components, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, managing risk, and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of insurance transformation projects, with a focus on core systems implementation
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and third parties
- Provide clear reporting, risk management, and escalation handling
- Ensure alignment to programme objectives and regulatory requirements
- Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation
- Proven experience delivering insurance transformation projects
- Strong exposure to Guidewire or IDIT platforms (IDIT preferred)
- Experience managing complex, multi‑stream projects in an Agile or hybrid environment
- Strong understanding of insurance operations (Policy, Claims, Billing)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working on large‑scale system implementations or migrations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Background in consulting or working with system integrators
