Vantage Point Global is supporting a major transformation programme within the media sector, focused on the evolution of a large media organisation as part of a wider Data transformation. We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support mobilisation and delivery across critical workstreams over the next year. This role sits within a complex transformation programme. The Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping clear, testable requirements and ensuring strong traceability from business needs through to delivery, testing and business sign‑off.
What you will be doing:
- Translate high‑level business objectives into well‑defined, testable requirements that support effective delivery.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, clarify and confirm functional and non‑functional needs.
- Map existing processes and design future‑state workflows, highlighting impacts and dependencies.
- Create clear and structured requirements artefacts, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with delivery teams to support backlog grooming, prioritisation and sprint readiness.
- Maintain clear linkage between requirements, development activity, testing and release outcomes.
- Contribute to UAT activities, supporting test preparation, issue triage and resolution.
- Coordinate business review and validation activities to enable formal approval and sign‑off.
- Operate within programme governance and delivery frameworks established during mobilisation.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams and delivery partners to ensure shared understanding.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrable experience operating as a Business Analyst on large‑scale or complex transformation initiatives. BA experience of minimum 3 years.
- Strong capability in capturing, structuring and managing both functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Experience analysing current operating models and designing future‑state processes with impact assessment.
- Proven ability to produce high‑quality user stories supported by meaningful acceptance criteria.
- Experience working within agile delivery environments, supporting planning and backlog management activities.
- Practical involvement in UAT, including coordination of testing, issue resolution and approval processes.
- Ability to maintain traceability across requirements, delivery milestones and testing outcomes.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in fast‑moving programmes with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Experience contributing to digital, data or technology‑led transformation programmes.
- UK‑based and able to travel onsite 1 to 2 days per week.
Nice to haves:
- Background in media, rights management or related creative sectors.
- Experience operating within consultancy‑led or multi‑supplier delivery models.
