- Conduct 4-eyes checks and authorisation steps prior to submission for payment execution.
- Verify customer data, payment details and supporting evidence to ensure regulatory and operational accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies, exceptions, and complex case scenarios, escalating where appropriate in line with SOPs and RACI.
- Produce clear, accurate evidence packs that are fully audit-ready and aligned with programme standards.
- Maintain high levels of documentation discipline, ensuring full traceability of decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s remediation operations, QC, Data and Governance teams.
- Support the production of MI inputs related to throughput, error trends, and exception themes.
- Adhere to GDPR, information security requirements, and secure-access protocols at all times.
- Work to daily throughput expectations and established service levels, contributing to a high-performing delivery environment.
Candidate Profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a controlled, audit-focused environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret calculation logic, financial adjustments, and interest methodologies.
- Clear and concise communicator, able to document reasoning and outcomes effectively.

- Ability to work efficiently in a volume-driven, procedural environment with tight deadlines.
- Proactive in raising risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.

- Familiarity with FCA remediation, DISP principles, or redress programmes (desirable).
- Understanding of AML/KYC, customer verification, and payment security controls (advantageous).
- Experience working with workflow case-management tools or ticketing systems.
- Strong written English and evidence-documentation skills.
