It matters because it protects the firm and its clients by ensuring the right risk and compliance steps are taken, the right documents are in the right systems.
In this role, that means you take ownership of engagement requests, complete risk onboarding tasks, track every action in Case Manager, upload risk documents to the relevant systems, and keep stakeholders updated so cases move forward with minimal escalation.

A Typical Day
- Attend a team huddle and confirm priorities.
- Pick up new cases and progress existing cases in Case Manager.
- Review documentation, identify gaps, and request what you need from stakeholders.
- Recognise urgency when you spot issues or concerns.
- Escalate when required.

- Capture learning and suggest improvements to the team.
