We install boilers, luxury bathrooms and air conditioning for homeowners across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and North London. Much of our work is in high-end homes, and our customers expect a first-class finish and a first-class experience.
The roleWe are looking for an experienced plumbing and heating engineer to join our team. You will work across heating, hot water and bathroom installations, often in premium properties. Gas Safe registration is not required.
What you'll be doingWorking on central heating systems, including fault findingInstalling and maintaining hot water cylinders, vented and unventedFirst and second fix on luxury bathroom installationsFitting taps, toilets, basins, showers and general plumbingStud work (a bonus, not essential)What we're looking forProven experience as a plumbing and heating engineerConfident working on your own and getting the job right first timeWell presented, friendly and professional, comfortable working in customers' homesTakes pride in a clean, high-quality finishOwn toolsFull UK driving licence with no more than 6 pointsAged 25 or over (insurance requirement for our vans)Lives locally, Hertfordshire preferredG3 unvented qualification preferredHoursMonday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, plus a share of the on call rota.
What we offerSubcontract: £200 to £240 per day, depending on experiencePAYE: £34,000 to £40,000 per year, depending on experience, plus paid holiday and pensionOn call: £65 per hour when called out, paid for every hour workedCompany van and fuel cardUniform providedSteady, varied work with a growing companyHow to applySend your CV and please include a short note on your experience, current rate, notice period, licence points and where you live.
