As the Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for our several Lancashire dealerships. The day to day role will involve being the gatekeeper for all warranty related matters, ensuring we adhere to the manufacturers programme by supporting continuous development of the warranty process. You will be supporting the Aftersales and Service departments by taking the lead when it comes to training new and existing team members on the best warranty practice as well as preparing opportunities from our database for current future recalls. The role will also include liaising regularly with the Parts department to agree return lists, involvement with balancing SBI's, and working within tight deadlines to process all warranty job cards in a timely manner. This is a full-time role where you will be working 40 hours a week between 08:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Being gatekeeper for all warranty related matters and ensuring adherence to the manufacturers programme.

- Preparing opportunities from our database for current and future recalls.
- Liaising regularly with the Parts department to agree return lists.

- Processing all warranty job cards in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in the automotive industry, preferably within a dealership setting.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in written format.
- Comfortable in challenging different business areas to improve processes.
- Organised individual with attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel between dealerships.
