New opportunity not to be missed! Vantage are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team based in Toyota Leeds. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £67,414.99 per annum including OTE plus excellent benefits.

At Vantage we have built on our recent success and operate in thirteen locations across Yorkshire and Lancashire representing Toyota, Lexus, Kia and Å koda. Our passion to provide the highest quality of customer service is key in everything we do and we now have an opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Transaction Manager to join our team at Vantage Toyota Leeds.

This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 – 18:00 and every other weekend.

Role and Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a Sales Team Member looking for the step into Sales Management. As Transaction Manager, your aim will be to achieve sales volumes and profit through developing and motivating the Sales Team to ensure every customer receives the very best of customer service. The role will involve managing the supply of vehicles, managing specification of products in line with local markets and sales trends. You will adhere to and maintain the high level of customer satisfaction records expected of the company.

You will be expected to maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.

Our ideal Transaction Manager

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold an excellent record with vehicle sales volumes and margins with a proven customer satisfaction record (i.e. CES/Mystery Shopper) and proven customer retention.
  • Have the ability to motivate staff while regularly communicating with other departments from across the company in order to develop the business.
  • Be of smart appearance at all times and hold a full clean UK driving licence.

As well as a stable career, we offer a competitive salary package subject to experience consisting of a basic salary and bonus to reward your performance. This can be increased as you progress your career.

You will also receive 30 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases with service up to 33 days along with various other benefits, including a staff car scheme and contributory workplace pension scheme. We will ensure you have access to a vehicle from your first week of joining us, giving you a company car for full time use.

As for training and development you will be enrolled on to all courses relevant to you and your role. As your career progresses, we offer opportunities to develop with the brand but also within the Vantage group by providing supported training and an environment that encourages personal growth.
