About the Role
As Transaction Manager, you\’ll play a pivotal role in driving both sales performance and profitability across the Sales Department.
You will:
- Maximise profitability across every order, ensuring finance, product, and add-on opportunities are fully explored in line with customer needs.
- Take ownership of lead management, ensuring every enquiry is handled with urgency, consistency, and tenacity.
- Inspire, coach, and drive the Sales Team to achieve sales volumes, margin targets, and exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor stock, specifications, and local trends to capitalise on every opportunity.
- Champion customer retention by combining commercial performance with the Lexus standard of Omotenashi.
This is a full-time, average five-day role, with a day off during the week and every other weekend off – balancing performance with lifestyle.
What We\’re Looking For
We\’re seeking an experienced Transaction Manager (or Business Manager) from the automotive industry who can demonstrate:
- A proven track record of maximising profitability across both new and used vehicles.
- Strong lead management discipline, with the ability to instil urgency and follow-up excellence across the team.
- Tenacity and resilience in achieving targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop sales teams, ensuring consistent delivery of results.
- A professional approach, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.
This role demands someone who can combine commercial acumen with customer care, delivering results while maintaining the luxury experience Lexus customers expect.
