Do you have a passion for customer service and an interest in the motor industry? We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota York. In this role, you\’ll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish. This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday\’s on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and handling service bookings efficiently.
  • Advising customers on necessary repairs, services and estimated costs. Promoting the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible.
  • Keeping customers informed on their vehicle\’s progress and any additional work required.
  • Liaising with Technicians to ensure smooth workflow in the service department.
  • Processing invoices and payments accurately.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to maintain high satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisation and time management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence.

Benefits & Compensation

  • A competitive basic salary of up to Β£26,984.10 per annum (dependant on experience), concluding to Β£35,784.10 per annum including OTE.
  • Ongoing training both with our manufacturer and in-house, and careers development opportunities.

  • 30 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) which increases with service along with various other benefits, including a contributory workplace pension scheme.
