The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our brand-new Parts Call Centre. You will handle inbound calls for our 10 Parts Departments across the group. The role primarily involves inbound Trade Sales, with some retail customer interactions, as well as outbound calls to generate new Trade customers and reconnect with lapsed ones.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing pricing information to gain customer business and build rapport
  • Ordering parts for delivery to the customer's local Vantage centre, as agreed
  • Agreeing on payment and delivery schedules with Trade customers within our delivery area

Customer experience is central to our service. This role involves direct interaction with valued customers and liaising with dealerships to resolve issues.
